If you want to delete your account, you have two options:
- Through the application, you can send your username and password to the support section of the application. To do this, go to Ticket > Help > Our technical support, fill in your account details and the reason for deleting your account.
- You can send an email to [email protected] with your username and password and the subject “delete account”. Please also mention the reason for deleting your account in the text of the email.
We will process your request as soon as possible and confirm the deletion of your account by email. Please note that once your account is deleted, you will not be able to access any of your data or winnings in the program. If you change your mind, you’ll need to create a new account and start over.
